Your Leadership Impact : What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire : Oversee daily operations of one of our managed communities, ensuring top-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and stakeholders. Mentor community leadership, fostering accountability and growth.
Drive Financial Success : Develop and manage budgets, optimize labor and expenses, increase occupancy, and grow revenues strategically.
Ensure Compliance & Quality : Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement efforts, maintain survey readiness, and uphold state and federal regulatory standards.
Boost Satisfaction : Promote employee engagement and retention while maintaining an inviting, resident-focused community culture.
Expand Community Presence : Develop marketing and sales strategies to sustain high occupancy rates. Represent the community confidently to local organizations and referral sources.

What You Bring The Skills That Set You Apart

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field.

Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential specific to the community's state.

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Director or senior administrator in senior living or long-term care.

Financial expertise managing budgets, census, and expense control.

Deep knowledge of senior care regulations and quality improvement processes.

Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.

Adaptability and resilience to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Willingness to travel as needed to support operational goals.
