Lead Agile Application Developer (Full Stack)

Description

• Work within an AGILE SCRUM team of T-Shaped resources to deliver solutions in support of our enterprise data strategy.
• Creation of DMQ entities (tables and views) in support of accessibility and analytical capabilities
• Design and creation of FastApp portlets to support customer facing workflows.
• Customization of workflows
• Creation of Event Triggers in C#
• Design, develop, test and deploy various service-oriented integrations and APIs in a Java / Web and some C# technology stacks.
• Align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of Agile Development with SCRUM techniques
• Min 5 years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework (Spring Data JPA, Spring Core).
• Min 5 years of experience in JAVA development which includes min 3 years of experience in Web Services, XML, JSON, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and min 3 years of experience working with other application teams that support distributed web services.
• Min 5 years of experience with Kafka Producer and Kafka Consumer.
• Min 5 years of experience with database such as MySQL
• Knowledge on CI / CD process
• General understanding of SaaS and PaaS cloud-based applications

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts : assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional / non-functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio
• Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
• Strong organization, written and oral communication skills
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with ability to ask relevant questions to drill into the details
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
• C#, SQL, SOAP / REST, JAVA, XML, JSON, Object-oriented concepts and patterns. Apache Kafka. Maven
