Inventory Management Specialist

Join our team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly! In this position, you'll oversee and maintain accurate records of both physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counts, claims management, and administrative support. You'll manage essential data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products in and out of the facilityensuring everything stays organized and on track. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ordering shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to keep our inventory fully stocked and our processes efficient.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories
• Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products

Pay Range : $15.50 - $26.06
