The Medical Office Building, Tiffany, is a healthcare facility operated by Cleveland Clinic Martin Health. We provide comprehensive medical services in a professional outpatient setting, ensuring patients receive high-quality, coordinated care across a variety of specialties. Our services include point-of-care testing, such as flu, strep, and urine swab tests, as well as women's well visits, including Pap smears. The facility is designed to offer a seamless and convenient healthcare experience for all patients. As an LPN on the unit, you will assist fellow caregivers in providing exceptional, top-quality care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you can make a lasting difference in the lives of patients, all while enhancing your nursing skills through hands-on experience and numerous educational resources offered within the Cleveland Clinic system.

This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working varying days between 8 : 00 a.m. - 6 : 00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Provide professional nursing care to patients.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and files.
• Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions.
• Implement pain management assessments and documentation.
• Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO.
• Follow Code Blue protocol.
