Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking an IT Specialist with a broad-range of IT capabilities to support our Headquarters Staff IT requirements. This position is on-site in King George, Virginia.
Essential Duties & Job Functions :
- Maintain security of internal network
- Maintain and update servers (patch / configuration)
- Provide server-based application configuration, management, and troubleshooting support
- General IT troubleshooting and touch-support (to include trouble-ticket management)
- Maintain and install network printer(s)
- Maintain and update website(s)
- Provide internal Access Badge / Security System support
- Provide Office 365 administration support
- Provide SharePoint administration support
- Provide VOIP system support
- Maintain IT Asset (Hardware / Software) Management
- Possess a working knowledge of NIST and CMMC compliance regulations and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining NIST-SP 800-171 CUI and DoD CMMC compliance
- Provide IT Hardware "best value" Market Research
- Capable of developing and communicating HQ's IT Project plans
- Performs related work as assigned.
AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) management. Specific skills required include configuring and maintaining the following :
Regional AWS VPC instancesElastic Cloud Computing (EC2) instancesVarious AWS hosted, client-side and Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN solutionsAWS hosted firewall / IPDS solutions, to include access control listAWS Networks (e.g. routes / subnets)AWS Identify and Access Management (IAM)Cisco Internetwork Operating System (IOS) management. Specific routing and switching skills required include configuring and maintaining the following :

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience required.Minimum of 8 years of hands-on, LAN / WAN operational networking experience.Must be able to communicate effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. This is not a managerial position.Preferred (not required) : (1) CompTIA SEC+ certification (2) Ability to build and deploy computer image, (3) Veteran or Spouse of Veteran, (4) Familiar with developing IT centric project plans, (5) DOD Contractor Experience (6) Foundational AWS Certification, AWS Certification Cloud Practitioner, (7) Certification in Cisco Network Associate, (8) CCNA would also be useful as their legacy environment has a Cisco router and Cisco.
