Responsibilities

• Flooring subcontractor scheduling, coordination and management
• Schedule and monitor all project progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
• Ensure accuracy, monitor and analyze project schedules, tasks, order deliveries, and meeting updates in accordance with standard of best project practice
• Walk jobs, understand job nuances, and measure for materials
• Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project managers to manage their projects
• Manage project risk / delays to ensure minimal impact on project schedules, scope, and budget
• Ensure projects are adequately staffed, and subcontractors have access to sites, tools, and materials
• Organize warehouse, and manage all inventory
• Deliver and pick up materials to and from vendors and job sites
• Loading and unloading of trucks - primarily using a forklift
• Quality control of all shipments received and job site deliveries
• Stage materials per work orders
