Job Position Summary

Key responsibilities include :

• Data and Digital Literacy : Knowledge of data collection techniques, analytics, and technology changes.
• Environmental Protection : Understanding of environmental policies and compliance with regulations.
• Operational Excellence : Familiarity with organizational processes, SOPs, and operational functions.
• Partnership Collaboration : Skills in stakeholder identification, communication, and project management.
• Employee Health and Safety : Adherence to OSHA guidelines, safety audits, and emergency procedures.
• Asset Protection Security : Knowledge of asset protection policies and security breach investigations.
• EHS Training Delivery : Support for training programs and feedback management.
• Risk Management : Identification and management of risks, including technology security and financial risks.
• Process Improvement : Defining critical workflows, implementing improvements, and coaching team members.
• Influential Communication : Effective communication and presentation skills within the scope of work.
• Transportation Operations : Compliance with transportation laws, vehicle maintenance, and performance metrics.

Competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and a range of benefits including health, financial, and education support are offered. The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00, with additional compensation for certain positions.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience in Environmental, Health and Safety or Asset Protections, Security within Supply Chain, Retail. Preferred qualifications may include degreed certifications, investigative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
