Shift / Hours : 1st Shift, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Training on 2nd Shift for 1 week)
Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting production operations by filling hoppers, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization on the manufacturing floor. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in a cleanroom environment and is ideal for individuals with at least one year of manufacturing experience who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. The position offers the potential for full-time employment after a successful 90-day contract period.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor equipment according to documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) .
Maintain accurate operational logbooks and production documentation.
Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors or maintenance technicians.
Assist in material handling and maintaining segregation of materials and lot numbers.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
Perform labeling, packaging, and inspection of finished goods.
Support quality control initiatives and accept full accountability for product quality.
Follow all company safety rules, hazard communication, and environmental policies.
Maintain accurate inventory and production records for components and work-in-process.
Exhibit excellent attendance, punctuality, and teamwork to support production goals.
Required Experience & Education
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (mandatory).
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in bottling, labeling, or medical device production preferred.
Must be able to stand for long periods , lift up to 20 pounds , and adhere to all safety requirements.
Candidates with Bachelor’s or advanced degrees are typically not a fit for this role (overqualification).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical, food, or beverage production environments .
Stable work history showing long-term employment or commitment .
Good communication skills and teamwork in small group settings.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.

100% Onsite role — must be punctual and present for assigned shift.
Requires standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and repetitive motion.
No contact with hazardous materials; clean production line environment.
PPE provided : safety glasses, gloves, and hair nets.
Employee must provide steel or composite toe shoes / boots .
