- 3x 8-hour shifts per week
- Preferred : MondayWednesday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
- Flexible based on provider availability
- Patient Volume : ~20 patients per day
- EMR : Epic
- Exam Rooms : 6
- Reason for Coverage : Clinic will be without a provider Practice Details

Adult outpatient care (no ICU / CCU)
