Job description

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

Support the onboarding experience for institutional and community partners, ensuring alignment with financial regulations

Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to enhance member experience and sales effectiveness through digitization

Work cross-functionally with various teams to align strategies, provide training, and support product development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required

7+ years of experience in Financial Services Product Development

Experience in creating and maintaining a product roadmap and partner onboarding framework

Preferred experience in Treasury Management or Digital Product Management
