We’re growing and seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team of passionate professionals. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and understands the unique demands of entertainment clients, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

As an Account Manager , you’ll act as the primary point of contact for a roster of high-profile clients, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and providing strategic support. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, tax advisors, attorneys, agents, and other members of the client’s team to ensure seamless financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily accounting and financial needs for multiple entertainment clients
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management
  • Review and analyze financial reports, budgets, and royalty statements
  • Coordinate with tax preparers, legal teams, and talent representatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific financial regulations
  • Monitor and manage client insurance, loan payments, and investment reporting
  • Identify opportunities for improved efficiency or cost savings
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in business management, public accounting, or financial services (entertainment industry experience highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • A proactive, client-first mindset with acute attention to detail
