We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Brand Marketing Manager to oversee creative project management and ensure seamless execution of marketing and brand initiatives. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing organization-coordinating timelines, approvals, and cross-functional communication to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on brand.

- This is a full-time, hybrid position located in our Pleasanton Headquarters. We require an in-office presence of at least 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities :
Project & Process ManagementOwn the full creative project management process, from initial brief submission through final material distribution
Develop and maintain project life cycles, ensuring milestones are clear, timelines are met, and deliverables are completed accuratelyManage creative agency partnerships to ensure that Noctrix has a robust pool of talent to complete all projects in a timely fashion with best-in-class materialsCoordinate with all cross-functional teams-including marketing, agency partners, creative, regulatory, clinical, and commercial-to drive accountability and ensure projects stay on trackMaintain project trackers, timelines, and documentation to provide transparency and visibility across teamsDistribute approved materials to the necessary stakeholders along with additional information and requirements to ensure all materials are compliant and ready for distribution (print, digital, video, etc.)Brand Oversight & ComplianceWork closely with creative and brand counterparts to ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards
Manage the review and approval process to ensure all creative assets meet regulatory and compliance requirementsOrganize and maintain all project materials, ensuring accurate documentation and easy access to finalized, approved assetsContinuous Improvement & Strategic SupportParticipate in identifying new initiatives and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and creative output
Partner with leadership to maintain project prioritization, ensuring resources are aligned to high-impact initiativesCommunicate project updates, timelines, and resource needs to all stakeholdersSupport broader marketing project management needs as the organization grows and new priorities emergeRequirements :
3+ years of experience in marketing project management, brand operations, or a similar roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldProven experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing or creative projectsStrong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience working within regulated industries such as medical device, biotech, or healthcare preferredProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Planner, Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or equivalent)Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCollaborative mindset and an ability to work effectively with creative, marketing, and commercial teamsCompensation :
Base Pay : $100,000 to $135,000 per year + bonus + stock options
