Workspace Management Coordinator (Capital Projects Coordinator, Assistant)
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is recruiting for an experienced, productive, detail-oriented Term Limited Temporary (TLT) Workspace Management Coordinator (Capital Projects Coordinator, Assistant) to join the Workspace Management team in SPU's Logistic Division. The successful candidate will assist the team with providing timely and professional services related to the management of SPU workspaces. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer service focused and able to manage projects and workloads with many moving pieces.
This Term Limited Temporary (TLT) opportunity is fully benefited and expected to last up to two (2) years in duration. This opportunity is open to all qualified candidates.
Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is a community-centered utility that delivers vital services to Seattle residents and businesses including drinking water, drainage and wastewater, and garbage / recycling / compost. SPU also provides drinking water for 1.6 million customers in the region. SPU's work includes system maintenance and improvements and keeping Seattle clean. Qualifications
Experience : Two (2) years of project or construction management or related experience
Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning or related field Administration or combination of education, training and / or experience that provides an equivalent background to perform the work.
Combinations of appropriate education, training, certification, and experience(s) will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability.

Workplace Environment (
This is a full time, temporary position and will require five (5) days in-office with the possibility of some flexibility in the future. Weekend work may be required. Individual schedules will be agreed upon by the employee and their supervisor.
