Pinnacle Home Care, Florida's largest Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we're looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end onboarding process with urgency and precision to ensure timely integration of new hires.
- Ensure strict adherence to deadlines for completing documents, I-9s, W-4s, and all pre-employment requirements.
- Collect, validate, and submit licensure and credentialing documents in full compliance with healthcare regulations and AHCA standards.
- Manage the AHCA Clearinghouse process efficiently and proactively resolve any issues that could delay hiring.
- Partner with third-party vendors for TB testing and MVR checks, ensuring quick turnaround and accuracy.
- Conduct frequent audits to identify and correct documentation gaps before they become compliance risks.
- Monitor changes in federal and state regulations, particularly those related to AHCA, and implement policy updates accordingly.
- Implement continuous process improvements to streamline onboarding without compromising quality or compliance.
- Lead, coach, and support an HR Onboarding Specialist, ensuring performance expectations and deadlines are consistently met.
- Collaborate across departments to align onboarding timelines with operational needs and hiring goals.
Skills Required
Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on accuracy and compliance.Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong understanding of I-9, W-4, and healthcare licensure requirements.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel; UKG experience preferred.Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly resolve onboarding issues.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold regulatory standards.Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.Preferred 3 years of experience in Human Resources.Proven experience working with onboarding platforms (UKG preferred) and regulatory compliance systems.Why Choose Pinnacle?
