    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a Licensed Optometrist (OPT) to work at a Correctional Facility located in Chowchilla, CA.

  • Must have at least 1-year experience as within the last 3 years at California as Licensed Optometrist (OPT)
  • Must have licensed as Optometrist (OPT)
  • Must have a current and active California License as Optometrist (OPT)
  • Licensed Optometrist (OPT) with updated BLS from American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Must have Driver's License
  • Licensed Optometrist (OPT) with Clean Background
  • Must have Updated Resume
