What You'll Do

Manage a varied caseload with partner support-from initial client intake through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and settlement documents.

Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, mediations, and trials as experience allows.

Conduct legal research and craft concise, persuasive written work.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts; keep matters moving and clients informed.

Assist with transactions (entity formation, estate planning, contracts, real estate) and advise clients on risk, compliance, and strategy.

Contribute to firm development through mentoring, process improvement, and occasional business development.

What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed (or eligible for prompt admission) in Idaho.

Excellent writing and analytical skills; strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Professionalism with clients, team members, and the court.

Ability to prioritize, take ownership, and ask smart questions.

Experience or interest in civil litigation, business / real estate, and estate planning a plus (but not required).

Comfort with common practice tools (Microsoft 365 / Teams, document management, e-filing).
