Posting Summary

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Quality Control – Player Development for the Football team.Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Assists with the coaching of football student-athletes in concert with the Head Football Coach and within the rules of the NCAA and Rutgers University.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of the BIG TEN Football Conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications Equipment Utilized
  • Computer, IPad, Microsoft Office, Catapult Thunder, Pro Footbal Focus, Good Notes.
  • University vehicles.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Nights and weekends will be required.

  • Clean Driving Record.
