Shape reliability in aseptic manufacturing
Imagine starting your day by walking the line with maintenance and operations, checking critical aseptic assets, and scanning condition data to spot risks before they become failures. You huddle with internal and external partners to refine an Equipment-Specific Maintenance Plan (ESMP), align on KPIs, and map out capital projects with clear ROI to boost throughput and reliability. In the afternoon, you lead a root-cause session, then close your day documenting insights and advancing Work Execution Management (WEM) improvements identified from recent reliability strategy sessions.
What you'll drive
- Champion and model the ATS safety culture while ensuring compliance with all regulations and ATS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal / external customers to engineer reliability solutions that increase uptime and flow.
- Surface and justify capital expenditure opportunities for equipment replacements, including ROI development and communication.
- Apply deep knowledge of operating systems, critical elements, and best practices to strengthen a precision reliability culture.
- Use common precision tools and techniques effectively in daily work.
- Co-own reliability-centered maintenance deliverables, including the creation and maintenance of ESMPs.
- Work closely with maintenance to deploy predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance technologies and strategies that identify / control risks before failure and ensure optimal work execution.
- Partner with peers to execute Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Advance Work Execution Management (WEM) and implement improvements arising from reliability strategy sessions.
- Conduct ATS Root Cause Analysis, Bad Actor analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Communicate progress and alignment of ATS / Customer KPIs to leadership.
