A leading national Developer / Builder is seeking a Lead Superintendent with experience leading Multifamily projects. If you are a Superintendent with talent, initiative, and drive, you are who they want on their team. Projects include garden apartments, mid to high rise wrap and podium, and mixed-use developments.

Superintendents are provided with the necessary support and resources to succeed in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
• Maintains open, daily communications on projects to PM and administrative staff.
• Create and update project schedules for on-time delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of field personnel and their crews.
• Completes daily reports and daily timesheets on the job site.
• Attend meetings on and off-site as directed.
• Promotes safety practices and procedures.
