Job descriptionCollect and process rent payments accurately and on time Organize and host regular resident events to promote community engagement Contribute to leasing efforts by showcasing available apartments and closing leases Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Maintain strong working relationships with the onsite team Assist the Property Manager in daily operations, serving as a key point of support and acting as their right hand in all aspects of property management Coordinate with attorneys to manage the eviction process in compliance with legal requirements Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when addressing challenging or sensitive situations Adapt and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Learn quickly and apply new processes effectively Previous property management or leasing experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment and professionalism Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Proficiency in basic office software and property management systems a plus Work is performed in a professional office environment Minimal physical effort or exposure to risk Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required

Marquee Apartments, located in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic team.
