Senior Ecommerce Manager

We're looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager at Grns! In this role, you'll lead the Shopify operations for our Grns storefront, supporting our website with strategic initiatives, new product launches, site content, and daily maintenance. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our e-commerce platform maintains high performance while elevating the brand, activating campaigns, and implementing new features and pages that drive conversion and growth. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our digital presence while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a remote HQ role we're a distributed, high-trust team that also gathers bi-annually for off-sites to connect IRL and build together.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Oversee end-to-end Shopify operations, ensuring platform stability, scalability, and a best-in-class customer experience across all Grns storefronts.
  • Lead and orchestrate content calendar & campaign activations, driving cross-functional alignment across design, growth, and development to ensure flawless execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Manage vendor and technology partnerships, identifying, negotiating, and implementing solutions that expand capabilities and improve ROI.
  • Build new site content to educate users on Grns and drive conversion
  • Define and enforce e-commerce best practices and processes that enable scalable operations, efficient merchandising, and high-quality development across multiple brands.
  • Develop and deliver performance reporting frameworks, translating data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Champion site quality, reliability, and performance, proactively monitoring KPIs (load speed, uptime, SEO health) and driving initiatives to exceed benchmarks.

We're Looking For Someone Who :

  • 710 years of experience leading e-commerce strategy and operations for Shopify-based brands.
  • Proven record of improving site conversion and driving e-commerce revenue at scale.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Plus and page builders (e.g. WebFlow, Replo, Lovable)
  • Comfortable partnering across design, analytics, growth, and engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of A / B testing strategy, UX principles, and SEO best practices.
  • Analytical thinker who combines creativity and structure to identify opportunities and execute solutions.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

  • At Grns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation packagegrounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $130,000-$160,000 depending on experience.
