About the Role

Leland is building Leland+ , a subscription-based content library designed to help individuals advance their careers and navigate competitive admissions processes. We\'re looking for expert coaches, career professionals, and admissions veterans to create asynchronous content (e.g., short videos, recorded classes, templates, and example materials) that empowers our users to succeed.

You’ll create actionable, high-quality content in your area of expertise—from resumes and interviews to industry guides, and more. You can also offer 1 : 1 coaching on Leland if you\'re interested in working directly with clients.

This is a remote, flexible contractor role ideal for coaches, creators, or professionals looking to earn passive income while sharing their knowledge.

What You’ll Do

Create short videos (5–15 minutes), slide decks, templates, or sample materials aligned with your expertise

Collaborate with Leland’s content team to align on topics, formats, and best practices

Provide 1 : 1 coaching through the Leland platform (optional)

Build your brand while making an impact—your content is featured to thousands of subscribers

Earn passive income as customers engage with your contributions in the Leland+ Library

We’re Looking For Experts In Areas Like :

Career Development : Resume writing, networking, interviewing, personal branding, job search strategy, freelancing, and salary negotiation

Consulting Prep : Fit and case interviews (beginner to advanced), industry primers, frameworks, behavioral storytelling, and online assessments

MBA Admissions : Essays, resumes, interviews, school selection, recommendations, scholarships, and waitlist strategies

Product Management : Product design / execution / analytics / estimation skill building, technical prep, behavioral interviews, and take-home assignments

GMAT / GRE / LSAT Test Prep : Practice problems, vocabulary sets, test taking strategies, concept explanations
