Welcome to Hotel Moab Downtown ! We're currently seeking a Front Desk Guest Services Representative to join our team on a full-time schedule. As our Front Desk Guest Services Representative, you're the friendly face that greets guests as they check in, assigning rooms and accommodating special requests with a genuine smile. Your day involves efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel services, and ensuring the front desk area is clean and presentable. Your positive resolution of guest complaints and accurate billing contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Shifts are 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm and 3 : 00 pm - 11 pm.
