Biz Ops Consultant (Business Operations)
The Operations Consultant analyzes and designs strategic improvements to operational processes, driving efficiency, and effectiveness across projects. This role focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, recommending technological solutions, and developing implementation plans that align with strategic business goals.
Education Level : Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
English Level : Advanced
Years of Experience : 2-3 years overall (1-2 years with previous experience in consulting practices)
Location : Bellevue, WA
Technical Skills :
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- Experience Process Management tools (ie . visio)
- Experience in data analysis techniques and tools (SQL, MySQL, Excel)
- Experience with BI tools (Nice to have)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) (Nice to have)
Specific Knowledge :
Ability to achieve common goals by leveraging the complementary skills of different team members.Proficient in workflow management and execution tools (e.g., task management software).Understanding of business process execution and improvement methodologies.Knowledge of recommending and implementing solutions to improve operational efficiency.Familiarity with identifying and managing operational risks.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Main Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales Support :
Assist SA sales team by providing expertise on process improvements during pre-sales.Participate in pre-sales meetings to understand client needs.Provide insights into potential process improvements.Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals.Process Assessment and Analysis :
Conduct thorough assessments of existing operational processes.Analyze process data to uncover trends and patterns.Benchmark against industry best practices.Identify bottlenecks or delays in the execution process.Strategic Improvement Planning :
Develop comprehensive strategic improvement plans.Identify and recommend technological solutions.Create detailed implementation roadmaps and timelines.Monitor process performance.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :
