Senior Affiliate Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager (Enterprise) to lead and manage impactful affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and manage day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs

Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients while securing buy-in from decision-makers

Build and maintain relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and implement initiatives for performance growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required

Knowledge of and experience with Affiliate Networks (ASale, Impact, Rakuten, Commission Junction, etc.)

Experience in team management and mentoring

Strong strategic mindset with a focus on execution

Ability to produce forecasts, budgets, and set KPIs for affiliate programs
