- Set schedule : Full time, Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m., Days, 40 Hours

As a Security Supervisor – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Write incident reports and communicate security concernsEnsure the safety and protection of individuals and propertyEnsure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practice.Supervise the day-to-day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the highest standards – capable of representing GardaWorld as the premier provider of security services in the industryEnsure that operational logs, records and post orders are maintained appropriately.Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staffMaintain goal of zero safety incidents, while at the same time managing a robust safety culture and a robust safety program that is appropriate to the operating environmentsRegularly review security officer schedules and staffing levels to identify opportunities for improvement of security operations, decreased risk, and reduced cost where possibleImmediate responsibility to direct, supervise, and support shift officers.Supervise & manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site.Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site.Exercise independent judgement and sound decision making in performing all duties.Additional duties as assigned.Qualifications for Concierge Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GEDBe able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening processExceptional customer service skillsProficient in basic phone & computer skillsMust have a minimum of one year in Security, Military, or Law EnforcementMust have a valid drivers licenseMust have a clean driving recordMust be 21, or olderGardaWorld Security is a global champion in sophisticated and tailored security solutions, employing and training highly skilled and dedicated professionals across the globe.
