Entry Level Project Support Analyst
Job Description
ASRC Federal Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal is seeking an Entry Level Project Support Specialist.
Key Role :
Responsible for the following areas related to a portfolio of NASA contracts :
- Ensure proper general ledger coding of accounts and invoices
- Performs data entry into financial and payments systems
- Track and maintain vendor expenses and payments
- Maintain vendor files
- Supports development of monthly and periodic invoices
- Handle vendor calls regarding outstanding payment
- Follow-up on invoicing issues
- Reconcile monthly P-card
- Assist in monthly accounting closing process to include (preparing accruals, review project revenue)
- Support periodic budget and forecasting
- Support periodic EAC review
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements
- B.A or B.S degree, or 5 years' experience with 2 in Government contract administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office skillset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage priorities and workload with multiple assignments
- Deltek Costpoint or Cognos experience is a plus
- Significant Government contracting work experience is a plus
- Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Government background investigation
