Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the venue as per health department standards and regulations
• Run food to appropriate table numbers along with seat positions
• Prepare venue for service by cleaning and setting tables, setting decorations, and stocking service stations
• Support FOH team by setting-up and replenishing service stations, trash containers liners, and bars
• Stock bars, maintain beer, wine and liquor storage rooms, prepare venue for the next day's shift
• Complete daily side-work as directed by management
• Report directly to management and the General Manager
