Site Operations Manager

The Site Operations Manager will oversee all site activities, ensuring efficient operations from procurement through production and delivery. This role is critical for maintaining smooth workflows, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage inventory goals and coordinate material allocation.
• Oversee logistics and support QA / QC functions.
• Lead safety and training initiatives.
• Develop employees through Lean and coaching programs.
• Maintain ERP systems.

Work Environment :

The position is onsite at the Weston facility with a full-time schedule, adhering to standard business hours with occasional flexibility. Shifts are from 7am to 3 : 30pm or 8am to 4pm. The work environment is a combination of office and manufacturing floor, with exposure to chemicals and mechanical equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for certain tasks, and the noise level is moderate.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
