You'll craft personalized itineraries and provide expert advice on cruise destinations, making dream voyages a reality for your clients.

Training Program Highlights Destination Expertise : Gain in-depth knowledge of popular cruise destinations, including ports of call, on-board amenities, excursions, and local customs.

Customer Relationship Management : Learn how to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor cruise experiences accordingly.

Travel Planning and Booking : Master the art of itinerary planning, booking cruises, shore excursions, flights, and accommodations to create seamless travel experiences for clients.

Cultural Competence : Develop cultural sensitivity and awareness to effectively communicate and engage with travelers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements A passion for cruises and a desire to help others explore the world by sea Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and suppliers effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to plan and execute travel arrangements meticulously Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members and partners Willingness to commit to the training program and continuously expand your knowledge of the cruise industry Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to read / write English fluently;
