ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Matt Kolln - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on August 1, 2025, and were currently a growing team of two with big plans for the future. Before opening my own office, I spent five years as a State Farm team member. From early on, I had the vision of running my own agency so I could make a larger impact on both customers and the community.
Im a graduate of the University of Iowas Tippie College of Business and married to my high school sweetheart, Dana. We dont have kids yet, but family is a core part of how I live and lead. Im also looking forward to becoming more involved in the local community as the agency continues to grow.
