RF Inbuilding Design Engineer

RF Inbuilding Design Engineer- Frisco / Texas

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the National Inbuilding team in reviewing InBuilding designs in iBwave format and completing the required RF paperwork per project.
• Filing 911 and regulatory paperwork for all projects assigned to you.
• Team up with experienced RF Design engineers to manage projects throughout the country.

Must Have Skills :

iBwave Certification L2 or higher.

• Extensive knowledge of FCC Emissions and RF Safety guidelines.
• Proficient on RF / Regulatory and PM Software : Atoll Fuze / Siterra Roofmaster / Roofview.
• Expert in office computer applications : Excel Word PowerPoint and Access.
• RF System Optimization techniques for voice and data for Nortel Motorola and / or Nokia infrastructure.
• Should have a good understanding of engineering concepts and must show aptitude and desire to learn and advance in a technical field.
• This individual needs to be experienced in RF Design for Indoor Systems.
• Expertise with RAN and DAS OEM systems required.
• Experience with prediction and Mapping tools Atoll iBwave MapInfo Windcatcher.
• An in-depth understanding of the various aspects of the RF Engineering elements that affect the decisions they are making or recommending.
• An end-to-end understanding of the systems they are making decisions on and the technologies that are driving them.
• A firm grasp and hands-on knowledge of the tools they are using as well as understand the range and limitations of those tools.
• Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
• Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
