Job Description :
The Program Manager is responsible for organizing and managing key on-going programs for three global franchises within our client's Hospital Business Unit; Cell Salvage, Client's Management, and Transfusion Management.This role will be a key contributor across multiple Core Team, actively owning the management of agendas, follow-ups on action items, and reporting minutes to broader audiences.Accountable to creating Core Team governance, including engagement of cross-functional team members related to critical business continuity programs of varying size, scope, and complexity.May support multi-faceted project phases, from inception to product launch to end of life, and ensure proactive project management and coordination of interdisciplinary design and integration needs.Responsibilities :
Development and maintenance of the weekly agendas, notes, and action item follow-ups for each of our franchise's Core TeamsLead agenda topics and discussion of key program meetings and escalate items that require manager attentionCreate and manage program dashboards in SmartSheet to facilitate Core Team meetings and track status updatesContinuously identify opportunities to improve process and formatReport out on programs and status to broader leadership audienceDuties :
Lead program oversight and partner effectively with cross-functional teams, at all technical and managerial levelsWork effectively with multiple diverse technical and business functions, and use tact and discretion to resolve conflicts, escalating issues appropriately as requiredDisplay solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and communicate effectively with multiple teams, diverse stakeholders at all levels, and customersCreate and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsLeverage SmartSheet tools to assist in the development of and adherence to a schedule and report statusQualifications :
Bachelor's DegreeMinimum five years of experience in Program Management, Marketing and / or related job functions in medical device industry or life science marketProject Management and / or Marketing, including experience of product lifecycle management, is requiredProficient in SmartSheet and all Microsoft applicationsMust have :
