Account Manager
Sr Account Manager
Ideally, the client manager would be able to bring 10+ existing relationships which meet the above must haves. 2+ existing relationships would potentially even be considered if these meet the criteria.
In the interview process, we will evaluate the strength of each client relationship. Our end goal for this client manager is for our business unit to find our next single new customer to build a strong partnership with.
This single (1) strong partnership would offer multiple million dollar opportunities year-over-year that align with the services and products our business unit offers.
Must Haves with client manager :
- Direct relationships with clients at a high level (Director, VP, C-Suite).
- Relationships with clients where their revenue exceeds $1 billion yearly.
- Relationships with clients primarily outside of automotive. Preferably, Packaging / Food / Bev. Secondly, Chemical.
- Relationships with clients that have been strong for a long period of time (greater than 5-years).
Would be Nice with the new client manager :
- Understanding of the manufacturing plant floor and their production processes.
- Understanding of the Sandler sales system.
- Team player. Coachable.
