As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll join a skilled team dedicated to revolutionizing final mile logistics and supply chain management.

Your role involves engineering and maintaining expansive systems, both relational and non-relational databases, and user interfaces.

You'll need to assess scalability of approaches for future applicability and engage deeply in collaborative efforts. Responsibilities

• Software Development : Develop, test, validate, and debug software across multiple platforms :
• Deliver high-quality user experiences by creating React.js front-end features for web applications.
• Develop high-performance functionality within an event-driven microservice architecture using Node.js.
• Coding Standards : Promote and implement high standards of code quality to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Deliver High-Quality Software : Craft your implementation strategies, develop functional tests, showcase your work, and leverage peer reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality features.

To address technical debt and escaped defects, employ logging, metrics, and testing in your local environment to pinpoint and fix software issues.

• Agile Development : Engage in the engineering of applications and services as part of a collaborative team, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement : Actively contribute to enhancements in team and organizational processes and infrastructure to better support project delivery.
• Modern Design Implementation : Implement contemporary design standards in developing and refining back-end services to enhance functionality and performance.

Qualifications

Proven Experience and Motivation : Looking for a self-motivated individual with a significant impact on technology development.

Should have extensive experience owning and delivering software.

• Technical Proficiency : OneRail makes use of Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, MySQL, CosmosDB, Azure Functions. React Native experience is a plus.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional ability to analyze and solve complex problems with keen attention to detail.
• Debugging and Testing : Strong profiling and debugging capabilities, with robust unit testing skills.
• Database and System Integration : Experienced in efficiently using MySQL and CosmosDB and working with event-driven systems, including message queue processing.
• CI / CD and Cloud Experience : Familiar with CI / CD environments; Azure knowledge is an added advantage.
