Head Of Sales

As Head Of Sales at Umbrella BPO, you will be responsible for overall sales strategy and driving sales growth. You will work closely with Umbrella leadership to understand the needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Sales and Business Development :
- Develop entire sales strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Strategic Planning :
- Create detailed business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas
- Build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Project Management :
- Oversee the delivery of services to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance with other leadership
- Use CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales data
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adaptability :
- Be able to adapt and adjust to what the business needs are
Qualifications :
Professional English fluencyExperience building successful sales strategy for BPO / Outsourcing companiesStrong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsMinimum 7 years of relevant sales experience in the outsourcing market including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quotaProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsTime management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changeBachelor's Degree (Nice to have)What We Provide :
