A company is looking for a Wireless Network Technician to manage and optimize wireless infrastructure in a corporate office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain wireless network performance across all building floors and access points
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Cisco APs
Conduct regular RF surveys and spectrum analysis to enhance coverage and resolve connectivity issues
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise wireless environments
Hands-on experience with Cisco WLCs and Cisco DNA Center (preferred)
Solid understanding of RF fundamentals and spectrum management
Experience with wireless monitoring tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center or Ekahau
