The Inside Sales Representative New Ventures is expected to acquire and retain customers while cross-sell existing customers through consultative sales and relationship building. This position has minimal travel with most communication occurring via phone e-mail internet-based seminars / meetings etc. This position is expected to sell New Ventures products / services with proficiency while receiving support on more complex sales.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
EDUCATION :
Bachelors Degree in business communications marketing or a related field or a combination of education and related experience.
EXPERIENCE :
1-3 years of inside sales experience
Proven track record of achieving sales goals within an inside sales environment.
COMPETENCIES SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES :
Ability to expand new business through inside sales.
Creative decision making and analytical skills with the proven ability to think on your feet and arrive at solutions.
