Mobile Alignment Technician Transportation/Logistics Charlotte, NC

Our Mobile Alignment Technician will perform alignment services at the customers location. In addition, following established procedures to inspect all front-end related parts and tires before and after service.
TIA training preferred (CTS) or must be completed upon hire. The technician must adhere to McCarthy Tire Service policies and standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- High School degree or GED.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Prior experience as an alignment technician.
- Valid drivers license
- Must have an acceptable MVR, pass pre-employment Drug Test, pass DOT physical and background.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in the safe operation of all garage tools, lifts and jacking equipment.
- Must have own tools.
- Must be willing to work some overtime and an occasional weekend.
- Ability to identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.
- Respond quickly to dispatches and provide fast, friendly and professional service.
- Lift a minimum of 30-50 pounds.
- Perform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industry.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
