We are seeking an IT VIP / C-Suite Support Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve providing world-class, white-glove technical support to executive leadership and C-suite members, ensuring seamless digital experiences and uninterrupted productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive IT support, endpoint management, AV technologies, and proactive issue resolution, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service at the highest levels of an organization.

Location : Waltham, MA (100% On-site)

Duration : 6 Months

Job Description :

Trilyon is looking for a highly skilled IT VIP / C-Suite Support Specialist to provide personalized, dedicated technology assistance to executive leaders. The IT VIP / C-Suite Support Specialist will ensure that executives experience a seamless, secure, and reliable digital environment across all their devices, applications, and communication tools. As the face of IT to senior leadership, this role demands strong communication skills, professionalism, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver white-glove IT support to executive and C-suite users, including their chiefs of staff and assistants.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile, and network issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure flawless functionality of AV systems, video conferencing, and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Perform proactive device health monitoring, patch management, and maintenance using tools like Nexthink, Intune, and JamfPro.

Manage technology refresh cycles, migrations, and setups with zero downtime for executive users.

Maintain and document VIP user profiles, preferences, and configurations to ensure consistent user experiences.

Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Act as a trusted technology advisor for executives, translating complex IT concepts into business-friendly language.

Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed for urgent issues or high-profile events.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in executive or VIP support roles.

Proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Zoom environments.

Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Intune, and JamfPro.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and endpoint management systems.

Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues calmly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with digital experience monitoring tools like Nexthink or Lakeside.

Exposure to international or hybrid executive environments.

ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
