Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
Field troubleshooting questions and assist customers with software training
Participate in departmental meetings and communicate customer issues to the team
Required Qualifications
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior customer service experience
Ability to adapt quickly and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
