Responsibilities :

• Partner with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records for funds and SPVs.
• Track and update portfolio company valuations.
• Review investment activity and expenses.
• Contribute to budgets and finance projects.
