Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs and initiatives
Create and curate high-impact sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and training materials
Develop and facilitate onboarding and continuous learning programs for the sales team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Growth / Sales Enablement in professional services, including SaaS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience
Deep understanding of growth processes, methodologies, and techniques
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM systems and growth enablement platforms
