Job descriptionInstall and repair pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and garbage disposals Install and repair all types of water heaters (electrical, gas, tankless) Toilet rebuilding and replacement Replacing faucets, shower mixers etc Main and lateral line cleaning using commercial snakes and / or hydro jetting Install, service and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and ovens Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed; Install and repair wallboards to ceilings or to interior walls

As a handyman, the technician will be responsible for service calls that include electrical, plumbing, appliance maintenance, drywall and HVAC.
Electrical :
- Troubleshooting electrical problems and repairing them
- Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
- Ability to repair and replace main panels.
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
