CareDx is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives in new product development, scaleup of existing product lines, and continuous improvements in production and business processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management, this position will be responsible for providing project management leadership in support of key business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Work with project leads to drive projects to completion.
• Develop, document, and maintain project plans.
• Determine resource needs and work with functional managers and FP&A on resource planning.
• Organize project team meetings, set meeting agendas, issue minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage the completion of design control documentation as needed.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks and opportunities to timeline, budget, and scope.
• Track project performance against baseline and SMART metrics.
• Facilitate and lead design reviews and phase gate reviews.
• Produce and present clear, concise, and professionally written communications and presentations.
• Facilitate cross functional communications and decision making.
• Provide regular updates as appropriate and ensure alignment on timeline, budget, and scope across the core team, stakeholders, and executive leadership team.
• Manage internal relationships between cross functional team members and stakeholders, as well as external relationships with third party vendors, collaborators, and partners.

Qualifications :

San Francisco Bay Area Roles :

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Brisbane, California is $130,000 to $205,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units. CareDx is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
