Hourly Base Pay : $15.82 / hr. plus a $1,000 new hire bonus and up to $2,200+ in additional bonuses!
Schedule : Flexible full-time schedules available
Site Hours : Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.; specific start dates and schedules will be discussed with the recruiter.
Night shifts are in demand! A 10% shift differential is offered for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide customer service for routine inquiries and issues through telephone, email, web chats, or written correspondence.
Utilize computerized systems for tracking and information gathering.
Offer informed feedback regarding call trends and processes.
Direct inquiries to published materials or senior staff when necessary.
Respond to telephone inquiries courteously and professionally using scripted responses.
Ensure compliance with privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
Assist callers with filling out online applications for submission.
Maintain current knowledge of client regulations and policies.
Minimum Requirements :
A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
Fluent and clear communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Dependable attendance and participation in required training programs.
Willingness to work overtime and holidays as needed.
Your on-site presence is crucial for collaboration, oversight, and communication; remote work is not available until after one year of exemplary performance.
