Bar Manager (DH), Full-Time

Will oversee the EDGE Bar operation by selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, and coaching all employees to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote positive public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests.

Provide expert knowledge of wine, beer and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintain all local, state, and federal laws relating to alcohol service and consumption.

Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

College degree preferably specializing in hotel / restaurant management or equivalent experience is required, one to two years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in food & beverage.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon or evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
