Position Description :

At Play Apps, we’re building moments to help Android users make the most of their apps and their phones. As a senior user experience researcher for Play Apps, you’ll have an opportunity to understand smartphone users’ needs and expectations for the apps and app experiences on their phones. Your role will be to advocate for all types of Android users and transform research findings and insights into actionable product improvements and strategy. With Play and Android’s reach and scale, your research will impact the day-to-day smartphone experiences of billions of people around the world.

• As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you’ll work in a variety of disciplines including UX designers, product managers, engineers, product marketing managers, and product support managers.
• Collaborating with each, you’ll uncover and drive user-centered insights that contribute to our products’ success.
• You’ll also have the opportunity to work with the broader Play UXR team on cross-product research initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will regularly apply empathy and data-driven-insights to inform product recommendations and strategy.
