Experiential Learning & Field Placement Coordinator
Temple University's College of Education is searching for an Experiential Learning & Field Placement Coordinator. Salary Grade : T25 Salary Range : $41,250 - $60,000.
Position Summary : Reporting to the Director of Career and Experiential Learning in the College of Education and Human Development, the Experiential Learning Coordinator plays a key role in connecting students to meaningful learning experiences outside the classroom. This position will champion experiential learning opportunities (e.g., study abroad, research, service learning) and manage the logistics of credit-bearing practicum and internship experiences for the non-teacher education programs in the College of Education and Human Development (Human Development and Community Engagement; Adult Learning, Training, and Organizational Development; Applied Behavior Analysis; Counseling Psychology; and School Psychology). The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and student-centered, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will build and maintain positive partnerships with faculty, staff, students, and site partners while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth execution of all placement processes.
Required Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of higher education experience providing administrative support and working directly with students. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
