Use your effective communication skills while being responsible for extensive relationship-building while promoting addiction recovery. You will also provide on-site support and collaboration at all Mirmont Treatment Center campuses as well as coordination of outside alumni meetings / events. As the Coordinator of Alumni Services, you will provide education and support in efforts to ensure meaningful recovery for our patients, their families, and members of their community. Position : Coordinator, Alumni Services MTC
Shift : Full-Time, Requires flexibility with schedule (9-5 : 30 PM, 10-6 : 30 PM, 11-9 : 00 PM)
Experience :
1. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
2. 3+ years of experience working directly with patients in a behavioral health or Substance Use Disorder treatment setting preferred.
3. 2+ years of experience in customer service / marketing preferred.
4. Understanding of 12-step program.
5. Experience staffing and / or partnering with volunteers.
6. Ability to organize, manage, and produce measurable and positive alumni relations outcomes.
7. Must have valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree in related human services field required.
